Planned iSiS Downtime: Friday 7/18/14 @6pm through Sunday 7/20/14 @12pm

iSiS will be unavailable for planned system maintenance from Friday, July 18th @6pm through Sunday, July 20th @12pm. Please plan accordingly. This upgrade will provide a new navigation menu that will replace the left-hand navigation menu previously used in the Student Application. The menu items and navigation paths will not change, but the look-and-feel of the navigation is notably different with subtle new features available to the user.

Credit Card Announcement

Beginning July 1, 2014, the University of Massachusetts Lowell will no longer directly be accepting credit cards or debit cards for payment of student tuition, and fees, room and board (if applicable). The University does have a number of payment options available to students and their families. Payments can be made by eChecks, check by mail, money order, bank check, international wire transfer, and monthly payment plan.

The University has secured the services of TMS (Tuition Management Systems) to process all credit card/debit card transactions. TMS accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express. There will be a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee assessed to each credit card/debit card transaction.

New: Student Direct Deposit for Refunds

Direct Deposit for Refunds

Great News! You can now have refunds from UMass Lowell deposited directly into your bank account.

Once you set up direct deposit in iSiS Student Self Service, any monies owed to you, such as refunds for overpayment or financial aid excess amounts, will be deposited directly into the one bank account you have designated.

Think about the advantages:

Quicker access to your money.

No special trip to the Student Financial Services Office to pick up your check.

No waiting for your check to come in the mail.

No waiting in line at the bank or ATM to deposit your check.

No worrying about a lost check.

Here’s what to do:

Make sure you have your bank’s routing number and your checking or savings account number at hand.

Log into iSiS Student Self Service, click on Campus Finances, and then click on Enroll in Direct Deposit.
