SiS Login Errors and How to Fix

On July 18th, the SiS system had database updates and some users have experienced errors using the system since.  Users should clear their browser cache to avoid errors.

See Clearing your Browser Cache document if you need assistance.

SiS works best with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.  IE and Edge are NOT recommended.

Contact IT Help Desk (978-934-4357) if still having issues.
