The <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/procurement-services\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2017\/05\/FY17-Year-End-Memo.pdf\">FY17 Year End Memo<\/a>\u00a0provides important information and cut-off dates to be followed. While many administrators may be familiar with the past closing process, we ask all administrators to review the information below as some information has changed for this year.<\/p>\n<p>This memorandum is divided into three sections: 1) Administrative Oversight, 2) Cut-off Dates for Campus Transactions, and 3) Training and Assistance.<\/p>\n<h1>Information Sessions<\/h1>\n<p>Financial Services will hold two information sessions on year-end procedures:<\/p>\n<p>Monday, June 5 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3:00 \u2013 4:00 p.m.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 University Crossing, Room 492<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, June 8 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 11:00 &#8211; Noon \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 McGauvran, Room 311<\/p>\n<p>Please take a moment to review the following information and understand the impact on your budget and area of your responsibility.
