Here are some tips to help you be the best you as the temperature rises.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #3366ff\">Love yourself!<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There\u2019s no use comparing yourself to Instagram models! Most of those pictures are photo-shopped, set around fake props, or are based on angles and a hungry model. Please please<strong> PLEASE<\/strong> vow to love every inch of you. Start by looking in the mirror, smiling, and saying aloud \u201cI love every inch of me\u201d- even if at first it sounds like a lie<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stop making yourself feel guilty about appreciating the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">finer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> things in life<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Want a donut? Have one! Self control is important because too much of a good thing isn\u2019t good at all. But what\u2019s the point of life if you aren\u2019t enjoying it?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #3366ff\">Make small habit changes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You\u2019re a college student. You may not have time to go to the gym all the time. However, those three flight of stairs to your room can be included to your daily routine and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TA-DA<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">! You\u2019ve just done cardio! You can also walk between campuses, especially when the weather is nice.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #3366ff\">Don\u2019t diet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diets are restricting and do not work long term. Instead of shocking your taste buds, start a little at a time. Start by having Meatless Mondays and incorporate more veggies in its place. Instead of Pepsi, go for water or seltzer water. Take a little less dressing for your salad at your next meal. Or even asking someone to show you how to use an unfamiliar machine at the gym. Each of these little changes can lead to long term success.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #3366ff\">Stay positive!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instead of setting goals that are discouraging (like dropping 50 pounds in 2 weeks), try goals like enjoying the fit of your favorite pants or going through a whole day complimenting yourself every time you think of something negative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><em><strong>&#8220;Yes. You are Beach Body Ready.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><strong>It\u2019s 2018 people! Our standards of beauty and \u201cperfect beach bodies\u201d should be based on how big we smile or how bold we want to look and feel.
