As you can see, my name is Shay. I&#8217;m a sophomore here at UMass Lowell, in the BFA program for Graphic Design. I eat, breathe, and sleep art, so if you have any questions about the art program, feel free to ask! I also practically live on South Campus [seeing as I&#8217;m a SC major], so if you see a red-head wearing lots of plaid, feel free to say hi. \ud83d\ude42 Currently, I&#8217;m starting my design courses, and I&#8217;m also taking a Photography I course which has turned out to be awesome so far.<\/p>\n<p>In my free time, I love going to shows. I have several friends who have their own bands, and they&#8217;re AMAZING. My favorite bands of all time include: A Skylit Drive, Circa Survive, Minus the Bear, Attack Attack!, and The Devil Wears Prada, just to name a few. As Chris mentioned, you can find shows just about anywhere.  The TUMC in Tewksbury is a popular venue, as is Rocko&#8217;s up in Manchester, New Hampshire [about a half hour or so from Lowell].<\/p>\n<p>Keep your eyes peeled for gallery showings on South as well. The Lowell Friends of Photography recently opened an exhibit in the Dugan Gallery [located in the basement of Dugan Hall], so check that out if you get a chance!<\/p>\n<p>Peace out!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi there!
