You might even recognize a few of these names. <span style=\"font-family: Wingdings\">\ud83d\ude42<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Jerry Bergonzi<\/b>, jazz saxophonist and is the founder of <i>Not      Fat Records<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Michael Casey<\/b>, poet. His first collection, <i>Obscenities<\/i>,      was chosen by Stanley Kunitz for the Yale Series of Younger Poets. Other      collections include <i>Millrat<\/i> (Adastra Press), <i>The Million Dollar      Hole<\/i> (Orchises Press), <i>Raiding a Whorehouse<\/i> (Adastra), <i>Permanent      Party<\/i> (March Street Press), <i>Cindi&#8217;s Fur Coat<\/i> (The Chuckwagon),      and <i>The Bopper<\/i> (Kendra Steiner Editions).<\/li>\n<li><b>Craig Charron<\/b>, Professional Ice Hockey Player<\/li>\n<li><b>Roger W. Cressey <\/b>Former U.S. National Security Council Staff,      President of Good Harbor Consulting Group<\/li>\n<li><b>Edson deCastro<\/b>, President and Founder, Data General      Corporation<\/li>\n<li><b>Brian S. Dempsey<\/b>, (B.A.), member of the Mass. House of      Representatives (<i>served<\/i> 1990 &#8211; <i>present<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li><b>Mark Eshbaugh<\/b>, Artist, Author, Musician and former professor      at the University of Massachusetts Lowell<\/li>\n<li><b>Christopher G. Fallon<\/b>, (M.S. 1978), member of the Mass. House      of Representatives (<i>served<\/i> 1996 &#8211; <i>present<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li><b>Sean Garballey<\/b>, (B.A.), member of the Mass. House of      Representatives (<i>served<\/i> 2008 &#8211; <i>present<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li><b>Colleen M. Garry<\/b>, (B.S.), member of the Mass. House of      Representatives (<i>served<\/i> 1995 &#8211; <i>present<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li><b>Thomas A. Golden, Jr<\/b>., (B.S.) and (MBA), member of the Mass.      House of Representatives (<i>served<\/i> 1995 &#8211; <i>present<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li><b>Ron Hainsey<\/b>, A professional ice hockey defenseman and an alternate      captain of the Atlanta Thrashers of the National Hockey League.<\/li>\n<li><b>Craig MacTavish<\/b>, Played &nbsp;centre for 19 NHL seasons with the Boston      Bruins, Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers and St.      Louis Blues. MacTavish later coached the Oilers from 2000 to 2009.<\/li>\n<li><b>Marty Meehan<\/b>, Congressman (<i>served<\/i> 1993 &#8211; 2007) and      current chancellor<\/li>\n<li><b>John Pinette<\/b>, Comedian<\/li>\n<li><b>Dwayne Roloson<\/b>, Professional Ice Hockey Player currently      playing for the New York Islanders in the NHL.<\/li>\n<li><b>Robert Silvers<\/b>, Photo mosaic artist whose art portrays      familiar images throughout history and contemporary culture, either      portraits of well-known personalities, world currency or fascinating      renditions of masterpiece paintings.<\/li>\n<li><b>Thelma Todd<\/b>, movie actress who appeared in about 120 pictures      between 1926 and 1935.<\/li>\n<li><b>John Traphagan<\/b>, Former Director of the Center for East Asian      Studies at the University of Texas at Austin and professor of Religious      Studies<\/li>\n<li><b>Boris Hirmas Rubio<\/b>, noted Latin American entrepreneur, past      Vice Chairman of Lan Chile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue\">So many people with just one thing in common; they all have degrees from UMass Lowell! So work hard for that degree, it\u2019s a <span style=\"color: red;font-size: x-large\">BIG<\/span> deal.
