Overall, this transition has been met with much success. Here are some numbers&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Last Pay Period (1\/16 &#8211; 1\/29)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>737 students logged into HR Direct<\/li>\n<li>925 students reported time during pay period<\/li>\n<li>Manager approved 95% ofstudent reportedtime in HR Direct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This Pay Period (1\/30 &#8211; 2\/12)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1137 students logged into HR Direct <\/li>\n<li>1177 students have reported time<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>85% of this time was done via student self-service<\/li>\n<li>15% done by timekeepers or managers to correct or update student time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Managers approved 95% of student time &#8212; over 1100 job records approved!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Human Resource office actively monitors student time approval on &#8220;Approval Monday&#8221;. Managers have until midnight to complete approvals,but arereminded throughout the day via email of any outstanding time needing approval.<\/p>\n<p>  <img loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"approval metrics.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/hrdirect\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/43\/2015\/12\/approval%20metrics.jpg\" width=\"677\" height=\"488\" \/> <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>While the numbers to indicate good success, there is always room for improvement.
