The University of Massachusetts is pleased to announce the HR Direct 9.0 application will Go Live on Monday, May 4, 2009. This communication outlines key information regarding the HR Direct Go Live.<\/font><\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

Conversion Process\/System Availability<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

The conversion process will begin on April 29, 2009 after the payroll process is complete. The conversion process will run until May 4, 2009. Members of the campus HR office will be involved with the Project Team during the cutover window to ensure data is converted successfully to the HR Direct application. <\/font><\/p>\n

<\/font><\/p>\n

The e*mpac HR 7.6 application will be shut down for any further data entry at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. On Wednesday, April 29, 2009, the e*mpac HR 7.6 application will switch over to read only access for all those with access to the 7.6 application. <\/font><\/p>\n
