You&#8217;ll surprise yourself every time you manage to pull off a seemingly impossible task of making a train or finding your hostel at 1am and not knowing the language.<\/p>\n<p>To be able to do all things &#8211; you have to RECHARGE.<\/p>\n<p>Take time to rest and relax.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-125 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/belfast-2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2017\/03\/8a415a704c97b7b82bc6795885f76a10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"265\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Although, I might think I&#8217;m a world traveler &#8211; ready for anything &#8211; I still appreciate a lazy day of lounging and watching Netflix.\u00a0Let your mind and body rest by reserving weekends or days specifically for recharging. Get outside and enjoy some beautiful weather! I took advantage of a rare sunny day in Belfast. Taking the time to enjoy where you are rather than rushing away every weekend.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL HEALTH: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Traveling long distances on cramped buses, planes and trains with a 60L backpack on only a couple hours is back breaking work.<\/p>\n<p>During your recharge period find a local yoga studio. Remember! Ask for a student discount\u00a0especially if you&#8217;re in a college area!\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-128 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/belfast-2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2017\/03\/images.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/belfast-2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2017\/03\/images.png 225w, https:\/\/blogs.uml.edu\/belfast-2017\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2017\/03\/images-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yoga practices translate over to dealing with stressful travel situations. Always calmly asses your situation. There is no problem that doesn&#8217;t have a solution. Missed your train? No problem, you&#8217;ll catch the next one. Feeling disconnected from your experience? Take a minute to ground yourself and look at your surroundings with new eyes.
